Booking & Payment Terms
These Booking & Payment Terms form an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and must be read together with our Cancellation, Transfers & Rescheduling Policy. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with both.
1. Deposit at Time of Booking
For bookings made more than 90 days before the course start date, a deposit of 25% of the total course fee is required at the time of booking.
Of this deposit:

- 15% of the total course fee is non-refundable (administration and reservation fee).
- 10% of the total course fee is refundable if the booking is canceled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Progress Payments
- 90 days prior to the course start date, an additional payment of 50% of the total course fee is due, bringing the total paid to 75%.
- 60 days prior to the course start date, the remaining 25% balance must be paid in full.
3. Late Bookings
Bookings made within 90 days of the course start date require a 70% payment at the time of booking.

- Of the total course fee, 50% is non-refundable.

- Of the total course fee, 70% is non-refundable if cancelled within 5 days of booking. Unless the course start date is 40 days or less.
- Of the total course fee, 100% is non-refundable if cancelled 40 days or less before the course start date.
4. Early Payment Discount
- Bookings made 90 or more days before the course start date, and paid in full at the time of booking, will receive a 5% discount on the total course fee, provided no other discounts have been applied.
- This discount will be refunded to your account after the course has been completed.
5. General Conditions
- All payments are subject to our Cancellation, Transfers & Rescheduling Policy.
- Payment deadlines are strictly enforced. Failure to meet them may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
- Discounts are not combinable with other promotions or offers.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
